 Job Description

A position has opened for a Wellbeing Manager working three half days per week at a busy

creative arts charity in Kendal, working with vulnerable adults in a creative arts setting.

This is a self employed part time position, consisting of a three month rolling contract.

You will be working 3 days per week, but this could be negotiated.

3 x 3 hr days - actual days are negotiable, but hours must be worked when sessions are running

to support all service users present during this time.

£15.00 per hour

Personal

• Practical and adaptable to facilitate support for service users with a variety of needs.
• Team Player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and attentive.
• Competent use of office tools such as Word and Excel, Google Mail and Docs is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Wellbeing manager is responsible for safeguarding at S2C
• Follow the Policies and Procedures of Space2Create and operate within the ethos of the Charity.
• Generate, edit and amend safeguarding documentation for policies and procedures for all S2C participants.
• Perform the role of Wellbeing Manager, welcoming, supporting and monitoring service users engaging with the Charity.
• Provide support for all service users across all running sessions while at work.
